Awning Washing

Protect your significant investment. Regular cleaning will greatly extend the life and look of your canvas or vinyl awning.

Your awning represents your business and is an important part of how you are perceived. Awnings should be cleaned every 60 to 180 days to prevent exhaust, dust, mold, mildew, moss, fungus and bird droppings from becoming embedded and causing permanent fabric failure. This may seem like a lot, but remember, the more frequent the cleaning, the less work involved.

We hand wash awnings using specially formulated soaps and soft bristle brushes to bring back and maintain the canvas or vinyl awning. After cleaning we apply a protective coating which helps prevent penetration of dirt and provides UV protection. Performed annually this will make your regular cleaning more effective.

You’ll be surprised what we can do.

Remember: Never pressure wash your canvas or vinyl awnings!
This can tear the stitching and ruin the water proofing of the canvas weave.
